Valencia
Basket mathematically certified its presence in the BKT EuroCup Playoffs by
winning with a solid team victory over Turk Telekom Ankara by 116-78 in a match
with eight players in double digits of rating and in which it broke its highest
historical score in a European competition match. In the first half, the
taronja team took the lead with a partial lead in the first quarter and with
solid defense and good shooting percentages they built a good advantage with
which they reached halftime. Despite the good start of the Turks after the
break, Valencia Basket contained the attempted reaction and maintained its
success to progressively increase its income and shoot it up with an excellent
start to the last quarter.
